Hi everyone, thanks for the responses. To clarify. I have an 87 244 (sedan) and a 91 245 (wagon). I have replaced all of the bushings on the backend of both, with the exception of the panhard rod bushings. I don't have a press, and none of the Volvo places here in town will fool with it. They say they don't go bad and they doubt it needs new bushings. Well, both panhard rods have bushings that are cracked etc. My sedan has well over 400k and the wagon has well over 300 k. Since I can't get the old bushings pressed out I wanted to just buy two new ones from Volvo. I really want to have all the bushings on the back end of both cars, as I won't live long enough to have to do this again :) Yes, I could find some used ones, Yes, I could get one from IPD, but they are adjustable and have the poly bushings. Don't like poly as it makes the ride to harsh, and don't want an aftermarket adjustable either. I was hoping somone who read this may be a dealer, or know a dealer who might have a couple of NOS on the shelves. The part is No longer Available from Volvo, and there are many places online that STILL list them for sale, but when you call, they don't actually have any :( I may just have to buy my own press......
