Does anybody know where you can get the gear that goes into the M40 transmission that goes to the speedometer cable? I have one but its the wrong ratio. Speedometer shows to fast.

    More information needed!

    What year and make of Volvo?

    Do you know the color of the plastic speedometer gear currently in the transmission?

    Do you know what rear end ratio is in the car, is it stock?

    Do you have stock sized tires and rims?

    And are you sure its an M40 and not an M41?
