Best Pick N Pull/other sources used parts? (Portland, OR) 200 1988

Hi,

Looking for a few used (aka dirt cheap!) parts for the 88 240 wagon, I know there's a few other Portland-based people on here, maybe someone is parting one out/knows of a good source.

I usually go to the Damascus Pick N Pull, any others worth going to within 50 miles of Portland?

Stuff I want to buy at rock bottom prices:
a) passenger side front door (preferably white but cheap is main thing)
b) driver side headlight assembly
c) both driver & passenger side taillight assemblies (intact with reverse lens please).

Thanks!
Susan

I check online every time I hit up a PnP to check regional inventory. If the closest one has a bunch of old beaters that have been sitting there for over a month but the one up in Vancouver, WA has 1 or 2 that came in this week, I head there, for first come is first served in that game and odds are their cars aren't going to be totally cleaned out by the time i get there. Sadly the one nearest me closed down (N. Portland/St Johns) due to undisclosed criminal activity (according to the guy at Knechts down the road), so always these errands involve inevitably long drives that previous research via the online inventories makes indispensible.

There are a few other non-chain/corporate scrap yards in the greater Portland metro region that have been known to stock a volvo or two but they, in my experience, are much more disorganized than PnP. A few will pull your parts for you however, for a premium, if that's what you're looking for. Sorry I can't name any off the top of my head but I've called a few that were up around the Airport/Marine Drive/Columbia Drive area.

    Good luck
