Should there be vacuum at the charcoal return line fitting on the throttle body??

Hi,

Vacuum only happens there when reaching cruising RPM. The two vacuum ports are located a bit behind throttle close position thats during partial throttle plate opening.

As Amarin explained your condition is normal--that type vacuum is called "ported vacuum" as opposed to "manifold vacuum" found in the main part of the manifold. -- Dave
