Radio causes flickering 200

My son calls and says when he turned on the radio on the 1993 240 wagon the headlights and dash lights flickered. I had flickering headlights in another 240, but that was a constant flickering and that was the alternator. I will take a ride up to my son's house later to check out the car, grounds, connections, etc. Any suggestions?

    After looking at the car and talking with my son, the lights really weren't flickering, they went out momentarily and then came back on. And not so sure if it was caused by radio (probably wasn't). I disconnected the relay, cleaned up terminals, and reconnected. The relay is one that I pulled out of an old 1992. We'll see what happens.
