any ideas why the windshield wiper motor connector 200

measures at the yellow direct from the fuse panel only 4.3 volts?

the other contacts with switch on and engine running also measure only 4.3 volts as you would expect.

are these voltage results typical of a bad switch? the rear wiper part of the switch does work as does the washer part.

fuse panel cleaned and new fuse installed

    What about one of the wiper/washer grounds, located on the lower left of the transmission hump, near the shifter? Or the intermittent relay...

      Check the wiring and connectors that feed the fuse panel perhaps.
