What month was this 1974 164e made with vin: 1646364105170

There is a discrepancy within the August 1974 calendar for Volvo 164's.

      I don't think the VIN will disclose the manufacture date.
      Check the sticker on the B pillar.

        B-pillar it is ! The 164E was mfg. Sept. 1973 an early one !
