I have a 65 122 with a B20 Engine from a 1969 122.
Per the previous owner it has a "PCR Cam". Does anyone recognize this cam? I am adjusting the valves and need to match the required clearance with this cam.
Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the previous owner.

I do not know and have never heard of a "PCR" cam.
In any case, attached is a list of known Volvo cams and their spec's, i hope that this will help maybe identify your cam.
