89 245 how to replace heater valve, just got the new one from Eeuroparts 200

Is there a tutorial somewhere that I can access? My back is not what it used to be and the less time I have to spend crawling under the dash the better for my back.

Thanks,

Kris

Get a Bentley Volvo 240 Service Manual. Haynes, Chilton, Clymer don't have the procedure.

OR a current Volvo Green Manual.

Else, try here:

Download the "Tp30282 2 Heater Unit" PDF.

Search the brickboard.com for improvements, suggestions, and caveats with this repair.

Also, iPd very kindly procides instruction for the valve they sell here:

PDF:

Hope that helps.
