Horn frequency 120-130

Good day all
Does anyone have the specifications of the original horns on the Amazons? I would like to know what the frequency was of each of the twin horns. My car was originally fitted with Hella twin horns which are now "missing-in-action" and I would like to try and get the horn tone back to original because it just doesn't sound right with what has been installed now. I may be wrong but I think the '60/'70 model Mercedes-Benz's were fitted with the same horns.
I have tried to upload an image showing what they look like. The one with the yellow over-spray came off a 1963 122S that I once owned.
Thanks for reading this post.

Sorry, it appears as though my image was not uploaded in the initial message. I will try again but if it does not work here is a link to the image:'/GALLERY/images/12405.jpg'

      Hi Greig,

      Here goes:

It helps to put the absolute URL the Image URL field at the bottom of a new or edited message.

After you upload, open the image by itself in a browser window, and in the browser address field copy the image address you see, for this image:

      https://www.brickboard.com/GALLERY/images/12405.jpg

.... and paste the Image URL into the Image URL field.

Your image should appear twice in this message, through.

Here's Art Benstein's instructions in an image should you want to use HTML to embed multiple images. (Though you may be able to post the image URL in the IMAGE URL field. I dunno how you'd do that. No delimiter.

      Hope that helps.

      B.

      HI, Grieg,

If you google "123 GT Loud Tone Horn" it will take you to a write up I did on this. It won't be exactly right for a 122, but it will give you a good start.

      Cheers
      Will
