parts to harvest ?

I'm going from an '87 to a '92 245 (it remains to be determined if this is an upgrade). We also have a '67 P220. Are there less obvious parts that I should harvest off the '87 ?

Things like upgrades (swaybars), recent replacements (fuel pump), etc. are pretty obvious. Are there other parts that I should grab that either fit or can be used to upgrade the other 2 cars ?

An example that comes to mind is the door for the outside air vent in the drivers footwell. Our '84 had it the '87 didn't, but there was only a cover that needed to be removed to make it fit. The '92 is an automatic, the '87 is a manual...

Any ideas/opinions ?

Thanks

Greg

That air vent is one of very few things where an older 240 can supply an improvement to a newer one. Maybe there are more, but I can't think of any.

You really parting out the 87?
