Paint Job 1989 240 Wagon... Clear Coat peeling...

Hi... been looking around for a source for "Volvo spray paint". The area I need to cover, basically the whole rear driver side door, is too much for those paint stick pens and so after I sand and prime it, I will need a can of spray paint... anyone know where I can buy one.

thanks,
dag

I would go to a local automotive paint supply shop, then can put whatever you want in a spray can if that is what you are looking for. Or, of course, you can buy a small amount of paint and shoot it with your air compressor and paint spray set up (which I don't have).

I was told by a paint shop the paint on my 240 was enamel, if I recall right.
I thought it was clear coat as well, but he said no.

I have one fender that was replaced, repainted and when waxed really good, it is pretty close to the original. Still, I was looking for it to match the rest of the car .... period. I had thought I could just get a clear cost on the fender, but I may just be painting whole car one day.
