Power seat control pod 900

I need to know how to jumper it to bypass the STOP switch. Anyone knows how to do it?

    Thanks for the wiring diagram. I'm alittle confuse. It said on the diagram that the fuse panel is on the left side kick panel but mine is under the ash tray. Also in the diagram there are two fuses one is a 15a and the other a 30a. But I only have one fuse for the power seat located under the ash tray. It's the 30a. Is there a second fuse for the power seat?
