I'm grateful for your encouragement and kind word, but whereas something brand new is worth what a manufacturer says it is (give or take a bit), in contrast, a used car (or boat, or house, or even a clock at a garage sale) is only worth as much as someone else is willing to pay for it when and where and how much you want to sell it. I think this has something to do with "supply and demand" theory :-).
