Turbo replacement 13c

I have a 91 940 SE and I'm about to replace the old 13 C with another 13c that has lower mileage. Can anyone give me some tips on how to complete this job? Also what parts do I need to order and what parts are re-usable? Thanks!

I'd get new nuts for the flanges, new copper gaskets for the oil and water lines, and probably a new rubber intake tube from AMM to turbo.
A silicone hose from the bypass valve to the intake mani would be a good idea also.
That's all I can think of right now.
