Which M41OD wiring using sequential blue relay 1259750 activated with turn signal stalk is correct. Someone please clarify for me. I can see that there are conflicting ideas.

Can someone please clarify for me once and for all the correct wiring method when using the turn signal stalk when using the sequencing relay 1259750. I say this because there are qualified members who skill level is mind boggling and yet they diffr in how this should be done. Help!

Which M41OD wiring using sequential blue relay 1259750 activated with turn signal stalk is correct. Someone please clarify for me. I can see that there are conflicting ideas.

I am pleading ignorance to other methods, so I will reiterate my method when I am installing a 1259750 OD relay that is to be triggered by the stock headlight flasher switch on the turn signal switch.

To begin the 1259750 relay needs a positive 12 volt momentary switched signal to turn the OD on. It can also be turned off the same way or by shifting out of 4th gear when properly wired.

Unfortunately, the headlight flasher switch on the turn signal switch can only supply a negative momentary signal. So to supply the positive signal, I use a simple relay triggered by the stock turn signal switch to supply the momentary 12 volt signal.

So the OD relay can be triggered on and off by another relay.

Other than that, the wiring is fairly straight forward.

Do you need a wiring diagram?
