anybody have a descriptor for brake caliper bolts? The bentley manual says replace them each time you replace calipers. Around $4 each at IPD and Europarts. Wonder what Wurth or McMaster Carr charge direct? Thanks!

Hi,

I have always reused mine with thread lock blue.

I think I have checked before and from McMaster the appropriate size is around $1.

In Goatman's front wheel bearing write up he states the bolt size if I remember correctly.

I might pick some up from McMaster soon as I am going to be ordering bolts/nuts for some suspension parts soon. The hardware is cheaper there and also less of a pain then dealing with any of the dealerships-online, over the phone or in person.

Volvo hardware seems very good. I have never replaced any.

I am in the rust belt and have always re-used them without issue.
