How to tell the month of manufacture on 164 models. 140-160 1974

While looking for rear brake calipers online, I noticed some parts were specific to the month of manufacture. Actually, it stated the part fit 1975 models and 1974 models after August.
I have seen web sites cite chassis number changes but how can I tell which month is associated with my chassis number? Or more simply what is the chassis number they are referring to? Is it after chassis number 132566? Maybe they really mean the difference between ATE or Girling calipers?
My chassis number is 107032 which I believe is probably before August. I have Ate brake calipers.
Thanks.

I, through another aquaintance, got some interesting details on a 123GT project I'm working on... I don't have the exact contact information, but I know the info came from someone at the Volvo museum in Sweden. What I got back was exact date of manufacture, delivery location and date, original engine and tranny #s, among other stuff that I already knew.

You might try an email to museum@volvo.com. I would include the entire VIN

Matt,

I sent a message to that address and received this information:

The following information is from the chassis register.

Model Volvo 164 E
Chassis no. 107032
Type 1646363
Colour 115
Upholstery 965
Engine no. 2563
Gearbox no. 32722
Body no. 107075
Reported OK 2nd of October 1973
District 7510, Volvo America, Rockleigh NJ, USA

I had noticed my speedometer had 10/73 stamped on the back but I thought it might have been made at a different time.

Thanks!
