Thank you Art! 200

My 245 that my 17 year old son has been driving suddenly would not crank the starter when he tried to go to work after school yesterday. With the aid of the Brickboard and Art's Cleanflametrap.com website I learned how to take the Park/neutral safety switch apart. I cleaned it, removed corrosion with some steel wool, bent the contact arm points, and crimped it all back together. The car starts up with no problem now and I spent $0 on the fix!
Thanks Art and the Brickboard!
Tom

My pleasure Tom.

How the time disappears. Your son was 5 when I took those pizza-switch pics. Web hosting space and dialup modems forced careful attention to file sizes back then. Volvos have provided a rewarding diversion.

Thank you for reminding me it was worth while.

Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be recalled by their maker.
