Hi
This is an automatic.
I think the steering lock is preventing the key from turning. I have tried turning the steering wheel to free the switch but that no longer works.

    I've had trouble on occasion with the steering lock, but so far have been able to get if free by keeping the steering wheel turned forcefully while turning the key easily.
