240 DL wagon, Out of hibernation and seems like fuel pumps have gone bad. 200 1988

All was well when I put my 240 in the garage 2 years ago. 1st year I managed to start I up a couple of time, now, nothing doing. I filled the tank with gas and stabil when I put it away and lat it run a while.
Now it'll turn over with some either, but I get no pump sounds at all. Tried the jumper test for the intank pump and main pump. Go a little sparking but absolutely so sounds.
Could both pump have gone bad and is it worth replacing the relay even though I did the jumper test ? Thanks, I have this since it was new and I'm sort of attached to it. Larry

I've had many of these. Finishing one up as we write - parked 5+ years.

You don't need the in-tank to get it started. Jump directly to the main; or pull it and jump on the bench. I've found corroded & broken connectors, broken wires, chewed wires, ....

I know what the jumpering it does. I like to power it directly to be sure. Tap on the main and see if it starts. If so, it's life is limited.
