Still no luck with my 740 start issue, I have checked all relays and am getting fuel to the injectors and spark but still no start..Any other suggestions would be wonderful!

Are you getting spark at the plugs? Are the plugs wet or dry?

I have tried starting fluid and she fires right up and dies when fluid runs out..is it possible all 4 injectors clogged at once? I tried another ECU and RSR with no results.

No, not all the injectors are clogged at once.
So it's clear there is spark, and it runs when there is fuel/starting fluid. Thusly, the problem is no fuel Through the injectors, not just To them.
Fuel pressure too low? Bad fpr? Bad pump? clogged filter?
rsr no good? you say you changed it, so was that one good? Or is it the elusive and rare grounds at the front inner fender?

Are you getting power (12 volts) to the injectors? is your crank position sensor good? Have you positively eliminated the main relay as the culprit, that one has fooled me more than once.

This is the first post of yours I've read so I don't know what else you've done.

Though you said you are getting spark, just to be sure, how are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor? Did you test the battery, starter and coil?

Have you been cranking it repeatedly? If so, you might have flooded it. You could pull a plug and check to see if it soaked. Or you could simply floor it and crank that puppy for a couple of minutes to see if that works. That will force more air into the mixture and will help if it's indeed flooded.

where do you spray the starting fluid?
only time i've ever done this was when the car had carburetors.
I am chasing a Similar gremlin, so i'm going to hitch a ride on this thread.
I bought a see the spark gizmo from Harbor Fright, it has a neon light that flashes when what ever plug wire you have it attached to sparks.
