Winter mishap mashed front end of my 745. Wish to buy parts vehicle. Which Bricks are compatable? Any central Ohio yards or suppliers recommended? Thanks

1990 740 hood, grille and headlight trim pieces are unique to that year. They will fit your car but the raised center portion of the hood is a different width; which in turn means the grill is a different width, so the trim pieces are different as well. So if you transfer all of the mentioned pieces from a 1990 everything will match up. Mixing any pieces from 91-95 with some from 1990 will produce an odd look.

Cooling system held pressure, is good. Need rifgt quarter panel, grill, lights, possibly hood.

90 up 7/9 has compatible fenders and lights. 90 grille and light trim were slightly different, others were the same.
I think bumpers, pretty sure hoods will fit from all.
Your 92 should have the long radiator, earlier ones won't. Condensors were changed also, not sure dates. What parts do you need?

I often visit a "Pull-a-Part" yard in NC when I visit family. I see they have at least 4 yards in OH. You can check their car inventory on line. That won't tell you if they have the parts you need - you have to go see for yourself. They have a "one price" policy for all parts. A fender for a VW is priced the same as for a Rolls Royce (not that I've ever seen a RR there). -- Dave
