During idle slight up/down in RPM 700

Car running well. Volvo 740 manual trans. Turbo.

But during idle slight up/down of RPM. Idles a about 800 RPM but goes up and down about 50-100 RPM in a 2-3 second cycle.

Any ideas?

Dean

1990 - Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air cleaner probably OK.

TPS ICV - I don't know much about it. Can I simply replace them or is adjustment always required even with a new part?

Air leaks - could be.

Throwing parts at it is no guarantee it will fix your problem. FAQs covers all these items. Not sure what you mean by "probably okay". When was the last tune up?
