I just bought a 1992 Volvo 740 wagon, its my first time owning a Volvo and everytime I turn the headlights on the front and rear wipers come on. I assume some sort of electrical issue..any help would be great!! Thanks

There is a ground terminal cluster inside each front fender, just back of the headlights. Loosen and re-tighten these with an 8mm socket (if I recall). THis will usually solve a variety of weird electrical problems.
