just purchased 2 KYB 343010 rear shocks for my 83 244 on Amazon.com for $23.76 each with free shipping. OEM rated shock, not a performance upgrade but a very good deal.

The definition of irony: I'm looking at your post for KYB shocks at $23 and change (with free shipping) and up pops an ad right next to your message box, from Shock Warehouse (.com), offering the same unit for $21 and change with free shipping. Actually their prices look really quite good. Unfortunately, this information doesn't really help you. Sorry.
