Horn & windshield wipers erratic 200

Erratic operating of the above. Both come off #2 fuse but fuse never blows. Somethime just wiggling fuse helps. Have cleaned all fuses, even replaced all w/ceramics. Must have open somewhere betw. fuse & ign. switch. Any suggestions as to where to start looking? Thanks very much.

if simply wiggling the fuse restores contact i think you have found your problem.

the two prongs on the fuse
