#16 fuse blowing

So my #16 fuse in my '90 240 wagon blew when I backed up in the driveway and blows when I install a new one and turn the key. This one is for the right tail light, cluster lights and right front turn signal. Has anyone had this issue? Where might be a common spot that could cause this short?

Thanks.

Alright, Just pulled the cluster out and checked all connections on the tail and front light. All seemed fine so I tried another 8A fuse and now it didn't blow. What gives?

The commonly reported cause is rear ashtray light in a busted center console.

That's gotta be it! My console was so busted up I took it out.
