Air Control Valve Hoses 200

I have a 84 B21ft with the air control valve #280 140 520. I'm having a hard time finding the 2 hoses Volvo pn 1306739 and 1306740 in a aftermarket part. The Volvo parts are back ordered and pricy.
I know FCP doesn't have them as well as eEuroparts,Has anyone found them in a aftermarket part? Company,PN and price would be helpful.

Thanks all for the idea's,it's hard to pay $30 to $35 for each of the Volvo hoses. So if I find something that works(like the clear type hose)I will post it.

I have a tendency to replace air hoses with the clear PVC tube available in hardware stores. Cheap enough to give it a try.

Are we talking about the clear, soft vinyl found on spools at the home improvement centers? Not sure I get "clear PVC." Like this reinforced version?

Have to improvise *something* if these things are drying up at $35 a pop.

I can't believe no one makes aftermarket replacements.I thought I bought them as aftermarket about 8-9 yrs. ago but I can't find where. I thought it was FCP or a couple of other places I was buying from, but I can't find it in 13yrs. of there receipts.

Once, when I had free access to a parts store stock, I pieced these together from preformed hoses. I used the plastic connectors normally used to connect 3/4" heater hose and screw clamps. I believe I have some notes with parts numbers on the hoses I used and, if you're interested, I'll see if I can find the info.

If you decide to go the "PVC" clear tubing/hose route (actually vinyl), consider forming them so the bends don't collapse. Fill the tubing with sand, well packed. Seal both ends and use a heat gun (carefully) to make the hose flexible enough to form smooth bends. Dip the hose in water to cool and set the bends. Be sure to remove sand before installation!

Okay, the Goodyear hoses I used were #s 63035, 63092 and 63094. My notes indicate I cut the hoses in differing places to get the right conformation. I joined them with four 1/2" copper pipe sleeves and screw clamps. I drew some diagrams of where to cut the hoses, but the drawings are pretty sketchy, no pun intended. I'll post a drawing if I can figure out how I positioned the pieces.

Frankly, if I made them again I'll probably go the vinyl hose route as it would be cheaper and look better. You could always paint them black so they wouldn't look out of place.
