Seatbelt Type A, B, or C?? 700

I have three child seats in the back of my `87 740 wagon. My oldest just upgraded to a booster seat. The problem is that it's so tight that she can't put on the seat belt by herself since the buckle is burried down between the seats. So i was thinking to get a seat belt extension. I checked amazon and they have seat belt typ A, B, or C which is 7/8 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/10 inch, respectively. I measured the tounge and it's 1 inch wide, so basically type B - i just want to make sure it's the right one. Especially on seat belts i want to be safe.
Anyone knows if the 740 has type B or is it to some other standard?!?
thanks!!

    Seatbelt Type A, B, or C?? 700

Probably A type. The two 1987 740s in our fleet has the same style buckle as the earlier 700 series.

Volvo used to give seat belt extensions away for free. You went to the parts department and gave them information on the user. I got one for my mother's 240 about ten years ago. The seat belt was plenty long for her but she was very short and had difficulty turning and inserting the buckle into the latch by the parking brake. The seat belt extension made it easy.
