Light flashes and system won't work. Replaced blower and tried another control unit. Any ideas. Replaced fuse as well

Compressor kicks on,nothing coming out of vents , defrost, floor anywhere. Replaced blower, resistor, vacuum switch the blower is running but nothing from vents.
