Hello All,
Things change.
Stuff happens.

Considering putting my Volvo up for sale.
I can\will post all information that will fit on this page, but I'm just wondering what esoteric, incredibly specific questions will be asked about it?
I would like to provide "audience specific information" for all the fine folks here on Brickboard. Besides what I plan to write up and the pictures I will post, what other stuff can I tell you (the editorial "you")

I guess the single most important item you should include is rust or the lack thereof. If there is any corrosion whatsoever, I'd ask you to identify the problem areas and provide photos of same. If any areas have been repaired you might want to include that info also. I look forward to the details on your car.

Be very realistic with the condition and PRICE,,,try not to be clueless like this guy in Virginia:

"Clueless" is the word. 12V conversion? A bank lent him that much money on the car? Automatic too. That's a definite price reduction right there.
        Thanks for posting the link.

        Roy

I would just list the honest-to-goodness condition, what it will need (if anything) to maker her road worthy (or keep her roadworthy in the near future), and what you've done to it. For the BB crowd, I'd pay close attention to mods/shortcuts/ingengious solutions you may have used to solve issues with the car.

and GOOD pics...plenty of them, too. I'd put up section for the car on some photo sharing website and put the link here.

In the end, everyone wants to know what they're getting, for good or ill.

    Good luck with the sale!
