Anybody know of a decent gas cap? it doesn't need to be vintage or pristine, i just need it to work. Thanks, dave.

I lost my gas cap in Idaho and did not notice until we were back in oregon. I borrowed the cap off of my MG midget and have been using it for a few years.

Unfortunately the style of the filler neck is fairly unique especially here in the USA.

122 coupes and sedans use the same fuel cap, but the station wagon fuel cap is different.

Both are available new in non locking versions now. The couple/sedan version is chrome and sells for almost $35.00 and the station wagon version has to be painted to match the car and costs almost $70.00

A locking gas cap is available for the coupe/sedans, but costs almost $75.00.
