94 940T, 135k.
The heat/ac controller knob to change vent position has no effect. Lots of air through the windshield vents, a little through the dash vents. All knob positions change nothing. Have not checked FAQ yet, will later, if anyone has experience that'd be nice.

    When you do check the FAQ, you'll find that there is a common failure of either engine vacuum to the HVAC or of the central dash vacuum motor, both of which cause failure of air flow through the center vents. The latter repair is a fairly involved affair.
