Hey all, just a quick note about IPD, I bought many products from them over the past three years and they always worked with me when I bought the wrong item or the wrong item was shipped.
This time around they are swapping out a header I bout back in April 2010. The reason because I cannot get this header to seat on the head for a tight seal, many adjustments and gaskets later the exhaust leak still exists.
3 years later IPD on a 1 year warranty is doing me the solid of swapping this header out.................. Way to go to the team at IPD.
We volvoniacs need co's like this to work with us. I appreciate there efforts and am very grateful for their compassion in understanding my situation.
Also thanks to 'Walrus' for suggesting I speak directly in hopes of a resolution. Im thrilled Bone

    As far as I'm concerned, the replacement of a flawed product should never be restricted by the warranty. You may find that the replacement will be as bad or worse than the one you sent back. If it is don't hesitate to return it for a refund. One in a row might be a fluke, 2 in a row is a trend.
