What year engine blocks can be swapped to fit a '86 240 NA B230F?

    A B230F blocks can be swapped in. If you are re-using the '86 sensors and accessories, they all work.

      So does that mean a block from a '82 up to '92 would fit?

        no, an '82 would not have a B230 motor (unless one had been swapped in at some point), it would have B23 (if non-turbo) or B21FT (if turbo). 1985 (non-turbo only) to 1993 had B230.
