Djet TPS wiring 140-160

After taking an account of what I would need to redo my djet harness, I find that the wires going to the throttle positioning sensor have come completely out from the plug.

I looked up the wiring in the manual. I'll have to go back to the ECU and locate pins 17, 14, 20, and 9. I just do not know if I should start 17 from the bottom of the plug connector or the top. Anyone do this before and know how the wiring should orient?

_______ OR ________
| 17 | | 9 |
| 14 | | 20 |
| 20 | | 14 |
| 9 | | 17 |

Thanks.

Most of the harness wires have the number printed on them.

You were absolutely right. I was able to locate 3 out of 4 numbers after cleaning off the wires of years of dirt. That certainly saved some time!

Thanks very much, George.

I see the formatting didn't come across very well in the message.

After perusing the green book, under fuel injection there is a page showing pinouts and a diagram for the djet harness. It appears that the pin outs should be from top to bottom on the plug:
9
20
14
17

I'll give that a go. Afterall, it is a rate of chance that it'll be correct.

The TPS itself is likely embossed with the wire numbers right next to the receptacle. I don't know if they all do, but I've seen the numbers on the later produced switches (those with covers that snap into place rather than using flathead screws).
