From getting pulled out of the mud, something moved and all my oil got pumped out. The engine has locked up, does anyone know of a good rebuilder for a crate engine, or does someone have a engine for a '91 740 with a B230? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Try and contact Strandberg's Auto; Centuria, WI. 800-448-5121 or www.strandbergauto.com . They recycle Volvo's and might have an engine at a reasonable price.

Um, how did that happen? Someone flip the car over? Locked up; does this mean the car was started and then run with no oil so it seized?

Anyway, it'd help to post your location. There are motors out there but shipping across country may not be cost effective.
Motors from mid 80's up to 95 can fit and work, some will need some parts swapped.
