Diameter of sway bar on 940? 900 1993

Hi,
Looking at FCP, they offer sway bar bushings for sway bars of 19, 20, 21, and 22 mm diameter. Is there any way to determine the size short of measuring? Like based on sedan, wagon, turbo, etc? I'm concerned about accuracy of measurement given rust, undercoating, etc., since we are talking about mm differences. There may only be two sizes since the 19 and 21 are rubber, the 20 and 22 are poly but they list each of them for sway bars of that size.
Thanks!
Lyle

Diameter of sway bar on 940? 900 1993

I have swapped/bought/sold many sway bars for these cars and I have never seen a 22 bar in person, but did see one in a pic so I know they exist. 940's IME have 21 or 23; if a turbo then prolly the latter. Measure twice, cut once.

At this point, that is of your going to work on it anyway, maybe look for the 24 bar on some early 960's and 940SE sedan; worth it IMO. And get the 960 crossmember small reinforcement brackets; also worth it.
