1987 760 Turbo engine problem

I own a 1987 760 turbo. I have had the car sitting for about a month doing some unrelated work to it. When i parked the car it ran perfectly, now that I am ready to use it again I am having lots of problems. First it would not start. I ran through all my normal no start tests and found no problem. The car is well maintained and tuned up. I was getting spark so I checked for fuel related problems. Both fuel pumps were running and FPR was good. I suspected I had some intermitent problems before with my pre pump in the tank, so I checked it. The little bellows hose that connects the pump was torn, so I assumed that was the problem. I had a new pump on hand so I put that in as well. The car finally started but is still having problems. It stalls, has no power and runs very rough. I have checked everything and am stumped. I checked for vacuum leaks, swapped FPR, swapped AMM, cleaned throttle body...nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be appreciated....it seems like the engine just runs out of gas ? Even when I have it running at high RPM it will just die ?

Where did it sit? Could animals have done a number on the wiring? Is it the original wiring harness?

Next train of thought, massive air leak from deteriorated turbos hose (usually happens on the bottom of the hose where oil pools...and you can't see it).

Finally, if you exhaust has an inspection port, remove it and see if the car runs better...the "Cat Ball" could be at fault but that rarely happens suddenly.
