can I put these aluminum rims on my 1995 940? 1329835 6Jx15x25

Hi,
I bought 4 wheels with great tires that match the dimensions of my existing wheels and tires. I would like to replace my steel wheels with these aluminum wheels. Is it ok and do I need different wheel studs and lug nuts? Or should I just have the tires removed and remounted on the steel wheels? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,.
Kirk

I've NEVER seen Rigels on a 940. Lots of 740's and 760's with them. Not sure if that's for aesthetic reasons or fitment.

I'd jack the car up, pull a front wheel, and put a Rigel rim on to make sure it safely clears the larger 940 brakes before going to the expense of swapping tires.

According to this page they fit.

I see no reason to you would need longer studs but you might need a different taper of lug nuts (not sure if Volvo played that game).

Thanks for the replies. I saw this webpage earlier, but i didn't seee on the webPage where they will fit the 940. Are you basing this on the dimensional data provided?

The 740 and 940 share the same basic running gear. So those wheel should fit. They are from the mid-80's and no longer available from Volvo.
