Does anyone have or know where I can get a few spring clips that hold the chrome strip along the bottom of my dash pad? I finally got a pad for my dash and I find I only have three clips to hold the trim on.

    Bring your clips to an auto body supply shop - they are everywhere, but sometimes hard to find (ask a body shop where they buy their supplies) - you won't believe how many clips they have!

      Thanks all for the input, the search is on. I'll try the auto body shop idea first. There are several around and it sounds promising.

    Hello,

    New clips are available.

    We only have used ones.

    According to the Volvo parts book, there are supposed to be a pair of small threaded studs as well and those go on either side of the instrument cluster to hold the trim to the dash.

    The threaded studs are no longer available, but you can grind the heads of machine screws to fit as a substitute.
