I looked online. Autozone shows one. Also contact Grant Products directly for help. Maybe they can adapt something.

Tried both. No dice. Grant says that they aren't making them anymore, and that they have no compatible hubs.

Apparently there is a Jeep one that you can use. Needs a different fixing nut to the one in the kit. Check before you buy!
Info from Swedish Volvo parts seller
Kit# GRT-4405
Fits:
55-63 Jeep All CJ Models 55-63 Jeep CJ All Models
67-75 Jeep CJ5,CJ6 67-75 Jeep CJ5, CJ6

Note:
The hub is made for the Jeep CJ, but fits old Volvo - Amazon / Duett / PV,
steering column that has 36 splines and is 21.75 mm in diameter.
The nut in the kit has the wrong thread and cannot be used, Volvo will have
13/16"-24 (SAE standard). The kit includes 13/16" -20 nut for Jeep.
