1993 245 auto cruise control when all hooked up just starts on it's own without doing anything.When you take off and let your foot off the gas it's in cruise at that speed. You can speed up with the button but you can't use the switch to decellerate. the only way to shut it off is step on the brake.

I want to check the wiring but the wires are a different color then in the wiring diagram for the stalk switch 93 in the Bentley. On the stalk switch
Brown wire goes to 31b
Blue R
Yellow(2) 49a
Blue/Green L

To stop the cruise control from working I pull the vacuum hose off the vac.pump and plug it at the engine bay.

So what do you think?

With a 245, I would have a hard look at the rear hatch hinge wires, including the heavy ground. This advice is the product of a long Saturday straightening out my bulb indicator and cruise mess. It was the heavy black hinge to hinge ground in my case, among other wire issues.

Last week I went through the wiring in the rear hatch and rewired shorted wires. Also checked the grounds.

The wire connections you have are correct for the turn signals. Their should be a separate loom for the cruse control with an off set rectangular connector. 93s came prewired for cruse control and should be plug and cruse.

Thanks,I found someone that let me look at there CC wiring.I'm going to P@P to get the Control Pump since it may be the problem.
