I'm reconnecting my sisters '89 A/C to see if it works. Have grn and blk wires that are supposed to go to and from the a/c solenoid. Where is the A/C solenoid located? Got a pic/photo?

Your sister's car won't have one, I think. Maybe just your overseas friends with k-jet have these in 89.

Okay. Thanks.

The A/C didn't kick in. Was very low on R12. Will be trying Duracool.

Need to do some checks first. Eg. pressure switch and clutch operation.
