Issue involves a 1977 B21E without Lambda sensor.
The tach indicates that the car is idling at about 1600 rpm when warm, slightly lower when it first starts up. Other than the idle issue it is running fine, except for a couple of instances of "bucking" under acceleration in second gear (but that only happened the first time I had it on the road after restoration....maybe stale fuel??).
Other pertinent facts:
-There is a vacuum leak somewhere in the center console (vent controls) that I haven't been able to track down and correct.
-Vacuum hoses in the engine compartment have been replaced
-Idle adjustment screw is dialed all the way in (i.e. only possible adjustment is to increase idle speed further).
-Entire fuel system (from in tank pump to fuel distributor, WUR) has been either replaced or repaired during car restoration.
-I'm not 100% confident of my RPM reading. Have an R Sport cluster with a VDO tacho, so I'm assuming it's accurate. In any event, it runs very noticeably fast at idle.
