Does anyone know if the center console from a 1984 240 sedan will fit a 1991 240 sedan including the wiring connections, etc. Thanks for your help.

    The plastic cover changed very little except for the hole in the center. In early years (I do not remember when it changed) the seatbelt latches were in that hole. In the later years, the seatbelts were moved to the outside of the console and a pocket/cubby filled the hole. While they are interchangeable, the size of that center hole is different, and you may have to alter the cover to get the pocket to fit. Hope that makes sense.

    Have you considered ordering a new cover from Tasca? It is not as expensive as you might fear, and the old ones all have the same problem: they're brittle from age.
