FPR O Ring 200 1992

While driving my son's '92 240 I noticed a buck at light throttle and an unmistakable smell of gas. When I popped the hood I found the large vac line (to canister) was off and split as well as gasoline gushing out of the FPR.

I thought the FPR was shot, but when I removed it, it proved to be a torn O ring.
Picture on the way when I get back home. Anyone have a part number for that o'ring?

Thanks

Hi Miguel,

It is very close to, but not quite exactly a standard size 203. The only way I know it is sold is as a kit p/n 1346393, or by Bosch directly. The same O-ring is used on each injector. I have a spare if you find it convenient to stop by.

Two banks with different rates have a conflict of interest.

Art,
I would love to stop by tomorrow if possible. What time works for you?
Here is what I had found.

Well, we plan to be at the parade. I slipped an O-ring into my wallet (wife made rude joke) so if you're there too tmrw morning, I'll catch up w/you on text or your cell. Storm coming now; going off line.

Thanks Art,
I hoped you enjoyed the parade. I was a little confused by the redcoats, but I guess they couldn't find some minutemen in time for the parade.

It's up and running with no leaks. Fixed the vac line for him also.
Put gas in and drove it around. Retopped it and the mileage jumped from 16 mpg to 23.5 mpg, I wonder how long he was driving with the split vac line and gas leak?

Most autoparts store have an assortment of o-rings. Just take your old one with you.

I went to the local Advance Auto, they had two different variety packs that did not have the same size.
