You have some of your terminology mixed up--maybe that's part of the problem of not finding the piece you're looking for--although in the 40+ years I've worked on cars I can't recall ever hearing an "official" term to describe that part---"line to the slave"--"slave feed line"--"line between clutch master and slave"--all just descriptive expressions. In your post you seem to be calling the clutch master the "slave cylinder". Many cars using hydraulicly operated clutches have master cylinders that have no resevoir of their own--taking a tap from the brake master resevoir. There's the feed line between the brake master and the clutch master--and then the feed line from the clutch master to the clutch slave. If you fail to find a listed replacement you may have to buy a length of hard brake line and do some bending and/or flare making of your own. -- Dave
