My wipers have developed a idiosyncracy. The work great at all times on high speed. On intermitant and low speed they sometimes work and sometimes not. Wiper switch, some relay? The motor has been replaced. All help appreciated in advance.

A bad ground to the motor frame to the body of the car or a bad fuse or a corroded holder have been noted as culprits to cause your symptoms under FAQ's.
